So, I'm not going home until tomorrow, which is a little bit of a bummer because I did want to use Saturday to catch up with some of my friends from high school. Well, there's always the rest of break, sort of.
So plans for fall break? Home on Saturday, quiet day with the family on Sunday, going to grandma's to work on a few sewing projects, Monday doing the same thing and running up to Akron to get another transcript... somehow my university misplaced them, Tuesday hooking up with a friend and driving back to school. It will be a busy break but it will be nice to get off campus for a while.
Today was pretty much a boring day. I did get my portfolio dropped off so I have the grades I need for next semester. However, on the way home from the grocery store, I managed to get on the wrong bus. Instead of getting on the bus to take me back to my dorm, I managed to get on the bus that goes to the Museum of Art. Upside I now know where the Museum of Art is, downside that's one of the reasons I missed the meeting for the new mentors. However, the director of the program is going to meet with me later so that I can get the information that I missed, so all in all not too much damage done.
More books came in from the library. :) I've finished three of them already, luckily I got several, they should at least keep me busy until after fall break. I did get caught up on my homework, including reading my not-so-interesting history textbook. So I can actually go home and enjoy the break without anything hanging over me, and I don't have to pay to do my laundry this weekend. :)
